The AstroAI Rewards Program is a loyalty program offered by AstroAI Stores to its loyal customers . Each customer who is eligible andparticipates in the Program is referred to as a “Member.” Participation in the Program is subject to and conditioned upon each customer agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as well as any rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program. Each Member’s participation in the Program and these Terms and Conditions form the agreement between each Member and AstroAI. Astroal reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of the Program or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Membership

Membership in the Program is free and no purchase is necessary to apply for membership Program membership is open to all U.S.residents . Enrolling is easy : Visit https://www.astroai.com/sign-up ,and follow the prompts to enter you rcontact information and set up your account profile. Your are now ready to begin earning points toward rewards.

We promise to keep your personal data confidential and will not use it for other purposes.

Membership in the Program is Subject to the Following Conditions

1. AstroAI reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who fails to follow Program enrollment procedures or provide the required information.
2. AstroAI reserves the right to limit the total number of Members in the Program.
3. AstroAI reserves the right to change or limit the geographic eligibility of Members.
4. AstroAI reserves the right to terminate memberships, void rewards, or take any other action permitted by law for any reason including no reason at all , arising from a Member’s violation of any law, breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of any rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program.
5. AstroAI reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership which has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information and all Program points earned for that membership shall be forfeited.
6. AstroAI reserves the right at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel the points earned by a member in the program if there is no activity in the member’s account for a period of 12 months.
7. A Member must provide all required information to enroll in the Program and be eligible for getting rewards.
8. Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to commercial accounts, corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships enterprises or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from AstroAI in ( at ) its sole discretion.
9. Member accounts must be activated in order to participate in the points program.

Membership level will increase with the increase of points value.

Membership Rewards

Membership points can be redeemed in your account center. Different rewards correspond to a different number of points. You can choose toedeem them as coupons or make final price reductions depending on the amount of points you hold.
