So ergonomic to use! I love how I can reach the very bottom and corners of my windshield to clean, even where the dashboard trim butts up against the windshield and space is very very tight. The handle is rigid & doesn't flex at all. Highly recommended.

Pivot not loose enough

My only complaint is that the hinge/pivot is too tight (not loose enough to freely pivot).
