Really good product. If you park outside and have to deal with snow occasionally, this is a great item to keep in the trunk. The metal blade makes it easy to shove in the snow, the collapsible shaft makes it easy to store inside without taking much space. The folding hinge seems sturdy. It comes with a bag. I wish the blade was wider, though.

Emotional Damage!!! it was incomplete

You have no idea how frustrated I am with this product.

The delivery was superb and on time. The quality of the materials and design is clear, as is the assembly process. I could not have asked for anything more.

However, it arrived incomplete, so I had to return it.

I did not order another one as I bought a smaller shovel urgently.

Overall, I have a very good impression of the product design and quality.
