It is effortless to use, and there is an instruction booklet provided. Make sure to charge this unit to 100% prior to first use.

There are many bad reviews, but I have a feeling these people ended up getting dud units. This is honestly a fantastic battery booster, and I cannot recommend it enough! And for the price, it is a fraction of the cost of a similar unit I almost purchased at Canadian tire.
